Joseph D. Calarco
Founder | Clear Signal IT
Joseph (Joe) D. Calarco brings extensive hands-on experience supporting enterprise communications, networking, and IT infrastructure across public-sector organizations, technology companies, and international business environments.
His career includes technical roles with Cisco Systems, Dell, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, as well as experience supporting complex customer communications environments through eLoyalty, TeleTech, and Dimension Data/NTT DATA.
At Texas Parks and Wildlife, Joe helped maintain and improve a communications environment supporting more than 1,300 phones, working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and Meraki networking infrastructure.
His experience extends beyond routine administration to system upgrades, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, network connectivity, and finding practical solutions to operational problems.
More recently, Joe has expanded his Cisco collaboration training through Webex Calling and Control Hub administration.
